Fire Marshal
The City of Eureka Springs functions under the 2007 Arkansas Fire Prevention Code, which is based on the 2006 International Fire Code. Fire and life safety code inspections are provided through the fire department under Fire Marshal Jim Kelley. Building inspections are handled by the city's Building and Safety Department.
